[Bo confronts Todd over the investigation The Sun is running on corruption at the LPD]
Bo: Todd, I don't care how many millions you've got. You're still that punk who led the gang rape two years ago in that fraternity house. And that's all you're ever gonna be.
Todd: I'm not your punching bag anymore, Buchanan! Next time somebody goes to jail, it's gonna be a badge!


[The LPD is looking for the gang members who mugged Blair and caused her miscarriage]
Bo: Cassie, we can't discuss the details with you, but I guarantee you, we're going to give this a full-scale investigation.
Todd: Yeah, right. Blair and I are Llanview Police Department's favorite couple. Everybody knows that.
Bo: Look, you don't have to have friends that are cops to get a thorough investigation, Todd.
Todd: Oh, yeah, right. I'm the guy that you used to run in personally every time somebody forgot to put a quarter in the parking meter. You remember that, Commissioner? The good old days when I couldn't get a break? And, let's face it, we both know how you feel about my newspaper. The Sun's made things kind of hot for all you little boys and girls in blue. So how do I know you're not going to sweep this investigation under the rug?
Bo: Because you have my word.
Todd: Oh, I'm so impressed.
Bo: Look, Todd, I'm going to find the guys that did this because it's my job. And I do it without regard to who you are or what I think about you. Now, I just wish you ran your newspaper with half that much objectivity.


"Viki"/Niki Smith: You told Blair the baby was dead and he wasn't dead. Now she knows.
Todd: Who told you, Bo? I'm surprised I'm not in jail.
"Viki"/Niki Smith: You are not sure that will happen.
Todd: He's probably sprucing up my jail cell to make sure it doesn't have any toilet paper.


[Todd is cooling his heels in jail]
Todd: Somebody! Anybody!
Bo: Is there a problem?
Todd: Yeah. I don't like it here.


[Todd interrupts Bo and Viki]
Bo: What do you want, Manning?
Todd: What do you want? Isn't this your brother's ex-wife? Oh, did you get tired of Gabrielle and the way she talks?
