[Todd arrives at General Hospital after learning that Starr, Cole and Hope were in a car accident; Blair is shocked to see him]
Todd: Starr okay? I know there was an accident, and I know that she's been hurt, but I don't know how badly.
Blair: How dare you show your face after what you did?
[Blair slaps Todd]
Todd: I'm glad that we got that out of the way.


Todd: Will you please tell me how Starr is?
Blair: No, you don't get to ask that after what you've done.
Todd: Stop. I am her father. I have every right --
Blair: You don't have any rights. You gave those rights up when you killed your brother, Todd.
Todd: Do we have to talk about that right now?


Blair: I think we need to talk about how you shot Victor, how you kidnapped Tomas, how you held him hostage for weeks --
Todd: I think my daughter is more important than your boyfriend's feelings.
Blair: Listen to me. You held him hostage for weeks while you let me cry on your stupid shoulder, like an idiot!
Todd: You might feel like I owe you an apology.
Blair: What are you -- oh, God, you know what? You're totally insane. Insane! Because of john hadn't figured it all out, yeah, and found Tomas, you'd still be lying to me, you stupid son of a bitch!
Todd: I never lied to you about how I feel about you, Blair.
Blair: Okay, Todd, don't. Don't do that. 'Cause sleeping with you was the biggest mistake of my life.
Todd: Oh stop! Stop! Okay, you're upset. I get it. I understand. But don't say that. You and I will love each other always. We both know that.
Blair: I don't love you, Todd.
Todd: Okay, there's conflict.
Blair: And I can't stand the sight of you. Listen to me.
Todd: You're conflicted.


Blair: I'm with Tomas now, okay? I love him. In fact, I was making a phone call to him just as you walked in.
Todd: Really?
Blair: Yes, I was.
Todd: Nothing says "I love you" more than a good voicemail.


Blair: You are gonna go to jail for killing your brother.
Todd: Nobody liked Victor. Nobody.


Blair: You finally got your life back, and then you just wasted it. And what was the time frame? Was it, like, six months or something?
Todd: Something like that.
Blair: Yeah.
Todd: But maybe not.


Blair: Todd, everybody hates you. Hates you. Viki, me, your kids -- and your sweet daughter, Starr, she hates you the most after you what you did to her. You had her believing you. And what'd you do? You lied to her, and you -- you let her down.
Todd: I understand that Starr's probably upset at me. You're upset. But I am her father, and I am not going anywhere until you tell me that she is okay.
Blair: Physically -- she's fine.
Todd: Thank you. Thank God.
Blair: But her life's never gonna be the same.
Todd: Why not?
Blair: Cole and Hope -- are dead.
Todd: You're telling me Cole and Hope are dead why? You want me to leave them alone? Is that it? You don't want me tracking them down? That's cruel, even for you.
Blair: You know what? You deserve that. But once again, it just proves that you don't know me. Because I'm not that cruel. It was an accident. And Cole and hope were trapped in the car, and they -- they both died.
Todd: (overcome with emotion) Uh -- little Starr --
Blair: I know.


[Blair tells Todd how Starr learned that Cole and Hope are dead]
Blair: I told her when she woke up, Todd. Oh, my God, you should have seen her face. It was horrible. She's never gonna get over it. She's never gonna get over it. She's never gonna get over it. We're never gonna get over it. Oh, God.
[Todd hugs Blair]


Blair: Todd, you need -- don't touch me, please. Don't. I don't -- I don't want your comfort. I don't -- I don't want anything to do with you, all right?
Todd: You don't mean that.


Todd: (to Blair) Everything that I have in my life that is positive, everything that I have in my life that I love, I have because I've loved you. Our son, our daughter, our granddaughter. I am sorry for your loss, Mrs. Manning. I am never gonna stop trying to put us back together.


Starr: Mom's on the phone with John, trying to track down Cole's parents. She's going to be back here any minute. She's not gonna be happy to find you here.
Todd: Your mother knows that I'm here.
Starr: She saw you?
Todd: Yeah. She's -- she's a little cranky.


Starr: (about Todd) He said that he is sorry for lying to me. That he never meant to hurt me, he didn't even know that he was lying. And once he figured out that he was, he --
Blair: Wait, wait. Let's just timeout here. Do you hear that part?
Starr: Mom, please! Stop! I believe him!
Blair: I know that you are reeling right now from something horrible. I -- I just don't want him to take advantage. That's all.


[Starr explains that Todd knows that Sonny Corinthos was responsible for the car crash]
Blair: Well, I bet you that is a name that your dad certainly filed away.
Starr: Well, he said he wasn't gonna let him get away with it.
Blair: Well, I think that's one promise your father, um, won't break.
[Blair shows Starr that the front of The Sun has labeled Sonny a baby killer]
Blair: You know that is all for you, don't you, that your dad is just trying to prove himself? Even though he knows The Sun could possibly be sued because of it.


Blair: (about Sonny) Do you know who this man is? He is a known mobster. And your dad is just baiting him just -- he's just doing it to win points with you, sweetheart.
Starr: Dad can handle himself.
Blair: That's exactly what I'm worried about, because it could get violent. It could get dangerous just like that.


Blair: Hey. I know you're angry. And you have every right. But, sweetie, wishing someone were dead..
. Starr: Did I say that?
Blair: Well, not in so many words. But it's not you. Revenge. Dark thoughts. That's your dad's department, and look at his life. Look what a mess it's in.
Starr: Well, at least he gets the job done.
Blair: At what cost?


Blair: (to Starr) I don't care about Sonny Corinthos. I don't care about him. What I care about -- what I care about is you, baby girl. And all that anger and that rage...I just don't want you turning that in on yourself like your father does. I just don't want that for you.


Blair: I'm looking for a possible registered guest. His name's Todd Manning.
Carly: Uh, no. That name does not ring a bell.
Blair: I think you'd recognize him if you saw him. He's got a scar on his face.
[Carly is startled]
Blair:So you have seen him.


Blair: Look, you don't know me, and you obviously don't know Todd very well, so whatever he told you to protect him, you need to know that he's a very dangerous man.
Carly: Why should that matter to me if he's gone?
Blair: Because I think he's going after a man named Sonny Corinthos.
Carly: I wouldn't worry. If this guy, Todd, tracks Sonny down, Sonny can take care of himself.
Blair: Hmm. Well, you don't know Todd, because when he gets an idea in his head... where did you say Todd was going?
Carly: I didn't.
Blair: He swore you to secrecy, did he? Well, you know what? You won't be the first, and you won't be the last. But if you care about this friend, I feel I need to warn you that Todd can be very volatile and dangerous, especially when it comes to his family.
Carly: And you know this how?
Blair: Because I'm his ex.


Carly: I appreciate your concern --
Blair: No, no, no. Don't misunderstand. I am so not concerned about Todd. I just don't want to get caught up in another fallout of one of Todd's disasters. That's all.
Carly: He did seem a little intense.
Blair: A little?


Blair: (about Todd and Starr) He wants her to love him because that makes it easy for him to manipulate her.
Carly: Really? 'Cause it just seems really harsh.
Blair: You have no idea.


Blair: All of the horrible, evil things that Todd has done to Starr, he always manages to convince her that he has seen the error of his ways.
Carly: "Things will be different."
Blair: And he "will never do it again." Always a next time. He always breaks her heart.


[Carly wants Blair to explain her history with Todd]
Blair: Yeah? How much scotch you got?
Carly: Plenty.
Blair: All right. I'm gonna spare you the long story. The short version is that my ex thought it wise to murder his twin brother then frame my boyfriend for the crime. Mm-hmm.
Carly: Wow. Killing two birds with one stone.
Blair: Oh, Todd thought so. Nice, huh?


Carly: How many times you been married to Todd?
Blair: No, no, no. You are the host. Your turn. You're first.
[Carly holds up four fingers]
Blair: Four? Oh, my God. You're a glutton for punishment.
Carly: Oh, I'm sure you have me beat.
Blair: Yes and no.
[Blair holds up five fingers]
Carly: Five is more than four.
Blair: But only three with this guy.
Carly: What the hell does that mean?
Blair: It's a long, long story.


Blair: Why in God's name do we just keep going back? Why do we keep marrying these guys?
Carly: Well, I've seen yours. Have you seen mine?
Blair: Only in pictures, and he looks pretty damn good.
Carly: So does yours.
Blair: Yeah.
Carly: Is he romantic?
Blair: He -- he always remembers the important stuff.
Carly: Yeah, whatever, until they don't remember.
Blair: Well, when they don't remember. But, God, when he remembers, he's so generous.


Carly: Sonny is the father of my kids, and that is all.
Blair: Well, Todd is the father of my kids. Otherwise, I would have shot him.


[Blair walks in on Todd about to shoot Sonny]
Sonny: (to Todd) You're not doing your daughter any favors by killing an innocent man.
Todd: Everyone always says they're innocent, but we are none of us innocent.
Blair: Todd! God, don't -- don't do this!


[Todd continues to threaten Sonny with a gun]
Sonny: You got to believe me. I had nothing to do --
Todd: You shut up! You shut up! You don't get to talk after everything you've taken away from her!
Blair: Damn it, Todd, put the gun down! Don't. Don't put your daughter through this, please. Please!


Carly: (to Todd) You and Sonny are very much alike, and by which I mean he's dangerous and he's really hard to kill.
Todd: Have you been talking to Blair? (knowingly) You've been talking to Blair. Then you know -- 'cause I'm sure Blair told you -- that I will make Sonny pay for what he's done.


[Blair confronts Todd before John takes him back to jail]
Blair: Well, well -- you are gonna get what is coming to you.
Todd: Tomas will never make you happy.
Blair: They're gonna lock you up and throw away the key, Todd.
Todd: It won't stop you from missing me.
Blair: You murdered your brother.
Todd: You always liked me better.
Blair: Oh, God, why can't you just admit, for once, that you're sorry?
Todd: I am sorry. I'm so sorry for your loss. And I'm gonna miss you.
Blair: Shut up, shut up.
Todd: I love you, too.
John: Yeah, that's beautiful. (to Blair) All right, they're bringing a car around now. See you back home?
Blair: Yeah. (to Todd) I can't wait for the trial. I'm gonna be sitting in the front row.
