In 2003, a mysterious man arrived in Llanview and claimed to be Todd Manning with plastic surgery. For eight years, everyone in town -- including Blair -- believed him to be the real Todd. Then in 2011, it was revealed that this "Todd" was a brainwashed impostor whose real identity was Victor Lord, Jr. (Todd's long-lost brother).

Because the show and all of its characters treated Victor as "Todd" for eight years, memorable "Todd" quotes from this chapter in the show's history are being kept here.
