Is Todd In Love With Vangie? (Soaps In Depth 8/15/06)

Ever since he came back to the land of the living, One Life to Live's Todd has been spending a lot of time with Evangeline, even sitting by her bedside as she recovered from delicate surgery. Does all of this, including his fighting with Vangie's new love, Cristian, mean Todd now has the hots for his beautiful attorney? "I don't see how a heterosexual man and a woman who looks like that could not become romantic," chuckles his portrayer, Trevor St. John. While a bond surely does exist between the two, it remains to be seen just how deep and powerful it really is. "He loves her dearly, and I think she loves him," says St. John. "There is love involved." But what about his other supposed true love, Blair? "He has been with her for so long," he concedes. "I assume that someday they'll want to have Todd forgive Blair, but it is possible that what Blair did really is unforgivable!"
