Todd Takes Charge (Soap Opera Weekly 7/4/06)

Todd reclaims his penthouse -- and his list -- this week on One Life to Live. But not his ex-wife.

"Blair comes home in the morning," sets up Trevor St. John (Todd). "She has no idea Todd has moved back in. Todd says, 'I'm going to get the kids back.' Todd is unsympathetic toward Blair's situation."

He is slightly more cordial to David when David hints that Spencer might know the whereabouts of Todd's son. "He comes over to get the money Todd offered him for evidence against Spencer," previews St. John. "Todd says David never got him any evidence. 'But I'll give you twice what I wanted to pay you if you help me find the kid.'"

Next, Todd asks Evangeline to help him get full custody of Starr and Jack. She turns him town. "It's surprising and certainly discouraging to Todd," sighs St. John. "She doesn't want to be party to Todd's obsession with revenge." Clearly, Todd's near-death experience didn't change him. In fact, "It's made him more spiteful and angry and desiring of revenge."

Speaking of desires, Todd laters plants one on Blair to see if he still has feelings for her. "Nothing," snaps St. John.

The fireworks continue when Todd sets his master plan in motion by e-mailing anonymous invitations to Viki, John, Natalie, Evangeline, Starr, Ricky and David for a shindig at the Country Club.

And, yes: Blair and Spencer show up, as well.
