Blair and Todd: Together Again (Soap Opera Digest 1/28/03)

Last week, One Life to Live's Todd and Blair kissed -- as she made plans to rendezvous with Sam. This week, however, the obstacle preventing the Mannings' reunion is suddenly and surprisingly removed.

Despite Todd's warnings that Blair's life is in danger, Blair and Sam slip away for some alone time. But, says portrayer Kassie DePaiva, "Blair realizes that she can't be with Sam because she's in love with Todd. She cries and says, 'Why can't you be the one, Sam?'"

So, they break up and go home. Once there, Blair and Todd have a rare heart-to-heart, and he admits that he loves her. Blair goes him one better. "She tells Todd she loves him and she forgives him for the baby." That is, she no longer holds it against him that he lied that their second child, Jack, was dead last year. It's a big step. And then, says DePaiva, they take an even bigger one: "They go upstairs."

Whoa! No wasting time in the Manning home. Only one question: It seems that just about every time Blair sleeps with Todd, she gets pregnant. Will there be a third child on the way? "Daggone it, you had to remind me," laughs the actress. "Bite your tongue, fingers crossed she isn't. I like it better when Blair gets to wear things a little tight."

But Blair may need to worry about other things: Her life isn't nessecarily out of danger yet....
