Standout Scene: Todd Lends Blair a Hand! (Soaps In Depth 1/21/03)

Sure, Todd and Blair have done horrible things to one another, but how can anyone resist a couple whose love story runs the gamut from passionate and sweet to tempestuous and even, on occasion, laugh-out-loud funny? We were treated to the entire range of emotions recently when Todd tried to ease Blair's anxiety about her ailing mother by sneaking his wife into St. Ann's dressed as nuns. Blair not only went along for the ride, but added her own perverse twist by declaring their names to be Sisters Monica and Anna Nicole. In the aftermath, Blair slid smoothly from inanity to poignancy, admitting to being touched by his wacky plan. "If it weren't for you...who else would have come up with a stupid idea like this?" Never one to pass up an opportunity to score points, Todd pointed out that Sam sure as heck wouldn't have! And talk about sexual tension! When Blair helped her partner in crime out of his habit, only to wind up tumbling onto the bed together...well, we were darn sure a sinful seduction was about to take place. They avoided temptation, but not by much, and it left us lusting in our hearts for more of this dysfunctional but dynamic duo.
