Is OLTL Getting Lei-ed? (Soap Opera Digest 2/26/02)

According to industry sources, One Life to Live will be taping a month's worth of episodes over 10 days...in Hawaii.

The shoot, said to be scheduled this srping, would dovetail nicely with the also-buzzed-about ABC West Coast Super Soap Weekend, scheduled for April. Once actors were in California, shipping them to the islands would be (almost) a snap. No cast members have been set in stone for the proposed shoot, but rumored to be heading for sun, surf and scheming are Kassie DePaiva (Blair), Roger Howarth (Todd) and maybe Tuc Watkins (David).

Last week, Digest reported rumors that OLTL would go live for five shows during May, which would coincide with the Daytime Emmy Awards, but an OLTL spokesperson would not confirm.
