(on the "Prom Night: The Musical" episodes) "I think that [the episodes] were successful. It's very courageous and ambitious to pull off anything that's outside of the normal day-to-day drama. I just wish it had been a separate entity on one show rather than pushed over four." (SID 8/14/07)

(on whether she would want to crossover to another ABC soap for a day) "I think crossover storylines really disrupt the individual shows. I don't think they're a good idea but I'm not in the power position to make those rules. I think the shows need to stay strong and individual." (SoapNet Chat 10/28/04)

(on fans mistaking her for Blair) "It's such a common occurence that it's very natural. And soap opera fans are so loyal and wonderful that I'm very used to it. People say, 'Blair,' and I'll turn around. It's kind of a natural thing, but it doesn't happen all the time." (SID 5/9/06)

(on her most memorable fan encounter) "A fan in North Carolina once wanted to cut some of my hair to take home." (SID 11/20/07)

"I've been down here for 12 years straight -- well, every year except for when I was giving birth to J.Q. It is an incredible event and I love coming down. I'm always very honored that I made the list, and the interaction with the fans is a one-in-a-million chance for some of these fans to meet their favorite stars." (SOD 12/4/07)

(on the most interesting piece of fanmail she has ever received) "One of my first letters when I was on Guiding Light [as Chelsea] was someone telling me I needed to invest in a bucket of Nair to get rid of the fuzz on my face! I probably couldn't disagree with that, but it's the nature of the beast. I have one fan who writes me a letter of a card every single day. Her name is Sheila Ainsworth, and she comes to almost all my fan events." (SOD 3/18/08)
